To become a Partner in Development of Railway Projects:

• 👉 There are ample opportunities for funding of Railway projects through external sources. The private as well as PSU / Government bodies can become part of the SPVs for development of Railway line either for their specific purpose or for general upliftment of the area.
• 👉 Independent SPVs (Subsidiaries) shall be created for each rail connectivity project. JRIDCL- the holding SPV, will have constituents common to all rail connectivity projects, with a minimum 26% stake in each of these independent SPVs.
• 👉 The independent SPVs (Subsidiaries) will have equality participation from partners specific to a particular connectivity project (such as Industry, Industrial hub, Contractors, industrial hubs or industries seeking connectivity etc.)
• 👉 The umbrella SPV structure helps in leveraging funding from the public and private sectors. Funds can be raised by JRIDCL from multilateral agencies in terms of soft loan. The independent SPVs can in turn raise debt from bank and financial institutions.

One Stop Solution for Advisory/Consultancy/Execution etc of Rail related Projects:

• 👉 The JV is aimed for development of Rail related Infrastructure Facilities in the State of Jharkhand by undertaking surveys, preparation of feasibility studies and Detailed Project Report (DPR) and execution of such Railway Projects as identified by the Company or by the Private Parties/PSUs/Government Bodies.
